- Matron: 10+2 with experience in childcare
- Assistant Warden: Graduate degree in any discipline
- Junior Matron: 10+2 with experience in childcare
- Cook: 10th pass with cooking experience
- Helper: 10th pass with experience in relevant field
- Sweeper: 10th pass with experience in relevant field

Selection Process:_
